Refund Policy

Ontario Inflatables & Event Rentals Inc. has very flexible policies! If due to bad weather conditions, Ontario Inflatables and the customer agree upon another date (48 hours in advance notice required), the funds will be added to that date less a 15% fee for expense coverage such as loading, unloading and administration.

If Ontario Inflatables and Event Rentals Inc. has not been contacted 48 hours before the start time of your Event you will be charged 100% for the order and will not be issued a credit.

If a public event is taking place such as a school function or church fundraiser our Inflatables may be moved inside due to weather and the safety of children! if this is unmanageable and our staff have arrived at the event location there will be a 100% charge.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations before 14 days of the event will result in the customer being charged 50% of the rental.  Cancellation within 14 days of the event will result in the customer being charged 100% of the rental price.

Ontario Inflatables and Event Rentals Inc. has the first right to refusal on setting up any equipment that may be unsafe for children to bounce in! We would be more then happy to more your inflatable indoor is an option!

Delivery and Set-up

We deliver, set-up, and pick-up all rentals. All you have to do is pick up the phone & call. Typically, we will deliver and set up your inflatable in the morning. We insure that it is clean and in good working condition before your party starts. However, when setting up, if the driver feels it is not a good or safe place to set up the unit, due to obstacles that may damage the unit, he will not set up and an alternative site will need to be found.

Later that evening we will return to take down the unit. Pick up times are usually around 6-9, before it gets too dark and safety issues arise.Delivery cost is based on your location for more information about delivery you may contact our office for delivery rates to your location!


  • Ontario Inflatables and Event Rental Inc. accepts: Visa, Master Card, Company Cheques and Certified Cheques.
  • Cheques must be cleared 2 weeks prior to the event date and still have a credit card on file.
  • A 50% deposit will be taken to secure your booking. The balance is due 1 week prior to the Event Date.
