Refund Policy

Ontario Inflatables & Event Rentals Inc. has very flexible policies. If, due to poor weather conditions, Ontario Inflatables & Event Rentals Inc. and the customer agree upon another date (72 hours advance notice required), the funds will be added to that date less a 20% fee for expense coverage such as loading, unloading and administration.

If Ontario Inflatables and Event Rentals Inc. has not been contacted a minimum of 72 hours before the start time of your Event, you will be charged 100% for the order and will not be issued a credit.

If a public event is taking place, such as a school function or church fundraiser, our inflatables may be moved inside due to weather and the safety of guests. If this is unmanageable and our staff have arrived at the event location, the customer will be charged 100% of the rental total.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days before the event will result in the customer being charged 50% of the rental (deposit value).  Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in the customer being charged 100% of the rental total.

Cancellation at any time of high demand items, such as the Mechanical Bull, will result in the customer being charged 100% of the rental total.

Delivery and Set-up

We deliver, set-up, and pick-up most rentals. We arrive at your specified location ahead of your event start time to set up. We ensure that the equipment is clean and in good working condition before your event starts. You will also be left with instruction and any relevant information that could assist you during your event. However, when setting up, if the driver feels it is not an appropriate or safe place to set up the unit, due to obstacles that may damage the unit, he will not set up and an alternative site will need to be found.

When your event has finished, we will return for teardown of the equipment. Pick up times are typically within 1-2 hours of the end of your event. Residential events may be delivered the day prior to your event as well possibly picked up the day after.

Ontario Inflatables and Event Rentals Inc. has the first right of refusal on setting up any equipment in an area that may be unsafe to use. We would be more than happy to move your inflatable indoors.

Payment

Ontario Inflatables and Event Rental Inc. accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, e-transfer, and certified cheques as forms of payment.

Cheques must be cleared 2 weeks prior to the event date and still have a credit card on file.

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm and secure your event. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the event date.
